Peter Thomas founded the Neighborhood Watch. He chairs the meetings, manages the patrol schedule, enlists new members, and actively interfaces with the Rotonda Heights Conservation Association and the Rotonda Heights community.

Vice President - Jim Harper (941) 697-7565

Jim Harper co-chairs meetings and is also the newsletter writer/editor. Jim lives in Rotonda Heights and has an extensive background in computer networking.

Secretary / Treasurer - Rose Harper (941) 697-7565

Rose Harper records all meeting minutes, resolutions and notes, manages events, issues frequent email updates and maintains the patrol member mailing list. She is a concerned Rotonda Heights resident.
